After having my first car (used) for 7 years and being on long road trips where having more convenient features like handsfree radio, big maps, phone integration etc. would be useful and safer, I decided to embark on some upgrades to give my old car new features. Ends up, there wasn't that much I needed to get it up to speed! Here are some useful, functional upgrade ideas for your old car! From standard, to feature packed!

BONUS I forgot to mention: Rain X
This isn't an upgrade but more a great safety & visibility helper. Very easy and quick to apply and helps bead the rain right off your windshield when you're driving. You don't need to have your wiper setting at HIGH and you can clearly see even in the heaviest of rainfalls.
