Montreal went from 0 Food Halls to 3 in the span of 8 months! They are all very well located, time will tell if Montreal can sustain all 3 food halls in the long term.
First it was Le Central, then Time Out, and third Le Cathcart.

I have now been to 2 of the 3.
Here is my vlog overview of Time Out with a little bit of a quick comparison with Le Cathcart at the very end.

We tried quite a few dish at Time Out, we spent 100$ combined on just food/dessert. Note that these are restaurant kiosks so it’s not fast food, so you will be spending 15-30$ on average per plate. Time Out’s selection is a little fancier than Le Cathcart and the vibes are very different, so is the restaurant selection. For Time Out, in general, I'd say I wouldn't have minded paying the higher prices at an actual sit down but the food hall atmosphere is slightly less relaxing and high end dining in that type of atmosphere is not for me, personally.

From what I’ve seen Le Cathcart is more around 15-20$ mark in general and is a little less upscale than Time Out, but I preferred it taste wise, vibe wise.
