how to recall/see the extraction timer on Breville Sage dual boiler tip/hack, shot clock time

The default setting for the Breville/Sage Dual Boiler shot clock is only 10 seconds. I often didn't have enough time to jot down the extraction shot time and discovered this the other day. Like the video if it helped and check out my other coffee content :) have a good one.
