INSTRUCTIONS
Since I DIY a piece I had lying around, I added the 2nd with thread in the list.
They will both attach to the stem of bike or head tube (and it won't rub!)
1. Double clamp: tube/stem & monopod
2. Clamp with thread: tube & threaded end bottom of monopod
Adjust angles as necessary, shouldn't sag as it leans on bike securely.
Insta 360 sells a wireless microphone, no mount needed, but sound quality is questionable with the wind and such.
