-I use the overlay knit it to do acroyoga with, my face isn't super sweaty when doing this sport, but I found the overlay knit to hold up very well because of the 1 string, you can get the mask tightly onto your face - much better than the original fit with 2 separate elastics one being non adjustable.

-absorbs a lot of the moisture. Even in a non workout setting, this helps a loootttt to make it hmmmm "a little less gross and mucky?", I suggest getting that as well regardless of what setting you use it in.
