Anxious all the time? how I got out of fight or flight mode (disregulated nervous system)

I used to have panic and anxiety attacks quite often. My nervous system was disregulated. I was constantly in fight or flight not knowing there was another way, a calmer way. It's still a work in progress and will be a lifetime journey, I've gotten better and want to share for anyone else going through this.
